The Ninos Foundation wants to give back to children the chances that have been taken or withheld from them. Which means that the children get the feeling and the conviction that they are worthy and estimated people. It should be quite normal that they have as much right to this feeling as anyone else.
The foundation will try to fulfill its mission by bringing in donors and raising funds (gifts, donations, grants, inheritances and legacies). The hotels’ profits will also be used for this purpose.
Furthermore the Foundation aims to keep expenses at a minimum so communicating by email has preference.
As a matter of course email addresses will only be used for the benefit of the Foundation.
The office is situated in The Hague. The contact is Annemarie ter Haar (see contact data). The Dutch fellow workers work on a voluntary basis. No one gets paid.
In 1996 Jolanda started the foundation in order to support the projects in Peru.
There is fund raising and as many donors as possible are made fans. Anno 2018 the board consists of Titus Bovenberg (chairman) Jolanda van den Berg (treasurer).
